Activities:

    • Conducts health screenings and immunization drives to prevent common diseases.
    • Offers education on healthy lifestyle practices to reduce the incidence of chronic diseases.

  2. Maternal and Child Health Services:

    • Provides prenatal and postnatal care to ensure the health of mothers and babies.
    • Implements programs to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates through education and access to healthcare.

  3. Disease Prevention and Management:

    • Focuses on the prevention and management of communicable diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS.
    • Runs public health campaigns to educate communities about disease prevention and treatment.

  4. Community Health Outreach:

    • Operates mobile health clinics to reach remote and underserved areas.
    • Trains local healthcare workers to sustain healthcare initiatives within their communities.
